Job Summary
Conduct shift handover meetings and manage staffing to ensure production targets are met. Monitor machine speed, control scrap rates, and verify that workers strictly follow safety regulations and sanitation standards. Assign staff to resolve machine issues, guide team members through production processes, and compile daily reports. Investigate KPI deviations, coordinate with supervisors to resolve incidents, and report hourly on all activities. Participate in daily MDI meetings to report yesterday's problems and ensure staff achieve OIP points.
Required Qualifications
- College or Bachelor's degree related to Technical field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years directly related experience
- Can work in shift
- Strong at production control and process Innovation
- Strong ability to lead, train and coach a diverse team of individuals performing a variety of tasks
- Strong customer focus necessary
- Familiarity with ELS Operating Principles
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions and take appropriate action
- Good, coordination, planning, written and verbal communication skills
