Production Team Leader

Assimilate and train new team members, communicate safety news, quality findings, and line rate goals during daily pre-shift meetings, and ensure all personnel follow safety procedures with proper PPE. Work with the team to generate ideas for continuous improvement, hold members accountable for standardized work and safety guidelines, and escalate production issues or systemic problems to Group Leaders. Maintain shift-to-shift communications with other Team Leaders and update Key Performance Indicators for the area. This full-time role supports 5-10 team members under the Production Group Leader, requiring experience leading others, a people-centric mentality, and strong communication skills.
