Production Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead and supervise a production team on the manufacturing floor; assign daily tasks, monitor metrics (output, downtime, waste), provide training on machine operation, safety, and quality standards; conduct initial troubleshooting, escalate complex issues to maintenance, lead daily team meetings, enforce health and safety regulations, perform quality checks, and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, attendance, and timecard approvals. Promote operational efficiency, quality, and team morale through coaching and clear communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage operations within the manufacturing industry
- Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Legal authorization to be employed in the United States; No sponsorship expected for employment visa status
