Job Summary
Lead daily production activities and guide a manufacturing team on the floor; set objectives, monitor output, downtime, and waste; provide training on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality standards; perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues; conduct daily team meetings to communicate targets and safety alerts; enforce health and safety regulations; perform routine quality checks and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and timecards; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management or Engineering preferred with 2+ years of people-leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage operations within the manufacturing industry
- Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
