Production Team Leader

Job Summary
Lead production team on the manufacturing floor in Cincinnati, directing daily tasks, setting shift objectives, monitoring output, downtime, and waste, and generating performance reports. Provide training and coaching on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality standards; perform initial equipment troubleshooting; conduct daily team meetings to communicate targets, safety alerts, and procedural changes; enforce health and safety regulations; perform regular quality checks; manage team administration including scheduling, attendance, and timecards. Collaborate with Supervisors to ensure product quality and production flow, contributing to overall productivity and team morale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage operations within the manufacturing industry
- Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
