Job Summary
Lead a team of 40+ associates in Assembly, driving performance, quality, and on-time delivery while fostering engagement and accountability. Allocate resources based on production schedules, execute cost reduction initiatives, and collect metrics to forecast business needs. Collaborate with business unit leaders on projects, participate in daily management meetings, and drive continuous improvement through consultative problem-solving. Ensure safety standards are met and support new product launches and capacity planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years in manufacturing leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or 6 years equivalent experience in lieu of the degree)
- 4+ years of proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
