Production Team Leader - 2nd shift, $18.00 + Shift Premium

Production Team Leader responsible for guiding a 2nd-shift team in a manufacturing environment. Key duties include supervising equipment, personnel, and processes; enforcing safety practices and PPE usage; conducting monthly safety discussions; ensuring quality standards; developing cross-training programs; directing work activities; acting as back-up to the Supervisor; facilitating inter-department communication; identifying and resolving production issues to improve customer satisfaction and productivity; supporting Lean and Kaizen initiatives; providing measurable data and reports; motivating and coaching team members; maintaining 5S standards; and performing additional duties as needed. Requires at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience with leadership, a High School diploma or equivalent, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities; strong communication skills; experience with scheduling and KPIs; and lean/continuous improvement familiarity. Schedule may include shift rotation and overtime; successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
