Job Summary
Coordinate daily production activities and ensure orders are executed accurately and efficiently on the manufacturing floor. Facilitate communication between team members, monitor adherence to safety and quality standards, and manage resources to maintain cost consciousness. Lead planning and execution of the 24-hour communication cycle, including shift handovers and changeovers, while anticipating future crew needs. Provide operational support, assist with logistics, and facilitate knowledge transfer through onboarding and continuous coaching. Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Technical School Degree, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a team coordination or administrative role
- Solid understanding of operational workflows
- Task prioritization
- Resource management
- Relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Basic literacy and math skills
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, documentation, etc.)
- Strong basic problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good organizational skills
