Job Summary
Lead, train, and coach production associates to achieve operational goals while assigning daily tasks and monitoring workflow for efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards, and maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. Monitor production performance to minimize downtime, support quality control initiatives, and conduct employee coaching and performance feedback. Identify process improvement opportunities, maintain accurate production records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Foster a positive, respectful work environment and communicate operational updates to management. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and minimum four years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong task delegation, coaching, and performance management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across departments
Desired Qualifications
- Technical school certification or related training
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Production Supervisor, or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies
