Job Summary
Guide production employees by assigning tasks, monitoring workflow and attendance, and ensuring daily goals are met safely. Verify compliance with safety procedures, GMP requirements, and dress codes while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Train new and current staff, identify production or staffing concerns, and report them promptly to supervisors. Assist with line setup, product changeovers, packaging, and labeling as needed. Complete production records and communicate updates to management. Promote teamwork and respectful communication within the team.

- Must follow all safety and GMP requirements
