Job Summary
Lead the production team to ensure on-time blending, roasting, and packaging while upholding safety and quality standards. Drive staffing and training, coordinate with Production Supervisor, implement waste reduction and yield improvements, monitor quality control points, enforce company policies, and develop standard work and SOPs for packaging lines. Collaborate with Safety, Quality Assurance, and Engineering to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient production environment. Demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and communication to motivate the team and achieve production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years of production experience as a machine technician or in operations leadership
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate production documents and safety manuals
- Experience with manufacturing processes and system controls
- Intermediate math, reading, and writing skills
- Proven accountability and deadline/time management
- Flexibility to operate in a dynamic environment
