Job Summary
Lead production on shift to ensure manufacturing, inspection, packaging, labeling, and documentation meet quality, cGMP, and environmental requirements. Manage production flow, track product at each stage, label and inventory using Kanbans and MES/PLC systems, and uphold housekeeping and PPE standards. Train/mentor operators, prepare and set up equipment, contribute to continuous improvement through Lean/Sigma, participate in investigations and change control, draft and review SOPs and operational procedures, support QA with batch card corrections and deviations, and lead projects/Kaizen initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality systems and safety policies.
