Production Team Lead

Job Summary
Oversee daily production by assisting associates with hands-on guidance, managing new process setups, and performing audits on products at every stage. Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections per established criteria, ensuring all quality records are legibly completed and filed. Enforce adherence to rules, codes of conduct, incident reporting, and housekeeping practices while handling nonconforming materials per procedure. Provide positive leadership to ensure continuous improvement and associate training on job procedures, quality, and health and safety. Requires valid Michigan driver's license, familiarity with IATF 16949/ISO14001, and experience in a production-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Must have experience in production-oriented environment
- Must have valid Michigan Driver's license
- Familiar with IATF 16949/ISO14001 requirements
- Demonstrated organizational, communication and computer skills
- Drivers License

Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership and problem-solving skills is an asset
- Blueprint reading a definite asset
- Frequent exposure to industrial manufacturing, automotive vehicles, weather elements, chemicals and robotics
- Personal protective equipment must be worn at all times on the production floor
- 1 - 2 years: LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
