Job Summary
Manage production operators and team members by monitoring operations, procedures, and safety to ensure accuracy and target adherence. Evaluate worker performance, resolve conflicts, and act as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate communication. Conduct safety training for equipment operators, ensure adherence to SOPs, and utilize the ERP system and SAP to maintain a seamless process. Read and interpret documents to support activities, while performing other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and one year of manufacturing experience. Work eight-hour shifts in a production environment, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of one year of experience of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive environment
- Ability to perform basic to moderately difficult mathematical functions involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averaging, and percentages
- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to Bend, turn, and use peripherals as required to operate equipment safely within company standard operator procedures
- Able to lift, push, and pull product products from various heights weighing up to 50 lbs., depending on the location, throughout the shift
- Able to work in a production environment for up to 8-hour shifts and any overtime hours if applicable
