Production Team Lead - Automotive

Oversee a specific area or function within the production operation by emphasizing high-quality parts consistent with customer requirements and ISO & IATF standards. Maintain a safe work environment by completing all necessary documentation in compliance with governmental regulations, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act and DBG policies. Work in compliance with QMS, EMS, and H&S standards while supporting production associate morale and providing a nurturing environment for continuous improvement. Spend up to 50% of time supporting production operations as backup and assisting with training. Report to the Production Manager with a day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
