Job Summary
Support the Supervisor in operating the value stream to facilitate work flow, coordinate output, and ensure volume, quality, and delivery expectations are met. Perform key production functions as directed, maintain a clean and safe work area, and actively contribute to department goals. Clarify expectations, assist in training operators, and participate in continuous improvement projects while wearing required sterile garments in the clean room environment. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience which demonstrates the ability to effectively lead, train and mentor production operators
- Experience successfully performing or training tasks similar to those performed in the value stream
- This position requires that you work in a clean room environment, wearing a gown, gloves, hairnet, and other garments as required to ensure a clean, safe and sterile environment
Desired Qualifications
- Desired a 2-year technical degree
