Job Summary
Production Team Associate on 2nd Shift responsible for operating production processes and related equipment, cleaning and maintaining production and warehouse areas, and handling shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks. Supports QA and Regulatory Affairs per QMS guidance; follows SOPs and Work Instructions; performs environmental monitoring and documentation of work performed; emphasizes safety, reliability, and productivity on-site at the Geneva, IL campus. Requires a High School diploma or GED (or 1–2 years related experience), basic reading/writing and math abilities, basic Windows skills, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Shift hours are Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm, with on-site work at Bravida Medical in Geneva, IL.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or 1-2 years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos; ability to write correspondence
- Math ability: basic operations and understanding of rate, ratio, percent
- Reasoning ability: apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Computer skills: basic Windows, spreadsheet, word processor, and email; be trained on other software as needed for data entry and report generation
- Certificate/Licenses: No certificate or licenses needed unless operating vehicles or equipment such as forklifts requiring a license or certification
