Production Systems Leader

Job Summary
Lead production systems across SAP/ERP, PioSys and plant tools to ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement. Own and enhance KPI and performance systems (Power BI, OEE) with high data quality and actionable insights. Drive OEE improvement and downtime reduction through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Provide user-level training and support to production teams on systems and digital tools. Serve as a key interface between production, maintenance, IT, and planning to ensure smooth operations and system alignment. Coordinate calibration activities for production equipment and measurement systems. Oversee hardware and software plant infrastructure (screens, sensors, PCs, plant network, remote maintenance tools) and contribute to digital-improvement projects. Act as Safety Standard Leader, conducting audits and promoting a strong safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, programming, data analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, systems, or production-support roles
- Experience working with ERP/SAP systems and production environments
- Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools (e.g., KPI systems, Power BI, OEE)
- Fluent English, with confident written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and operational teams
