Job Summary
Lead plant operations with focus on safety, quality, cost, productivity, and continuous improvement; provide leadership to CI & Capabilities, Reliability and Engineering teams; ensure FDA cGMP compliance and implement quality and safety programs; manage budgets and drive cost savings; collaborate across functions (R&D, marketing, sales, logistics) to deliver business objectives; develop and execute safety improvement plans, asset management, and lean initiatives; coordinate with Plant Manager and other site leaders to align on policy, safety, and quality; travel up to 15% for benchmarking; available for local, on-site operations at Neenah, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in engineering, business or relevant discipline
- 10+ years of equivalent related experience
- Significant experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Maintenance
- Experience leading a multi-functional team and cross-functional collaboration
- Able to travel up to 15% for benchmarking and best practice sharing across KCNA
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
