Job Summary
Production System Engineer in Shanghai responsible for acting as a ZF Production System / Lean expert, supporting the PS Lead in implementing Production System strategy and workshops/projects, promoting continuous know-how transfer and Lean problem-solving across the Plant, and driving standardization and advanced Lean initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge & experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Advanced capabilities in problem-solving, data analysis, presentation, project management, and team building
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred
- Strong hands-on ability, and good cross-functional collaboration skills in the matrix with team spirit
- Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English
