Job Summary
Design, build, and enhance platform capabilities across HOPEX and EA Insights by developing integrations, analytics, and automation solutions. Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and APIs to connect authoritative systems, while translating business requirements into technical solutions for scalable platform enhancements. Deliver enterprise-grade reporting by building semantic models, reusable datasets, and dashboards that drive insights on automation, risk, and process metrics. Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance, identify root causes across data and configurations, and support the platform support model through defect triage and continuous improvement. Identify and prototype advanced capabilities aligned to the EAP roadmap, creating executive-ready materials to communicate solutions to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in platform engineering, data/BI development, system integration or technical product delivery
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines (ETL/ELT patterns, data movement across systems)
- Experience with BI/ reporting tools (Power BI preferred), including semantic models, data modeling, and dashboard development
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues across data, system, and configurations
- Experience working in agile environments, managing backlog items, and delivering iterative enhancements
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
