Production Support Engineer, Senior Associate

Onboard applications to production management with highest standards, troubleshoot priority incidents, and facilitate blameless post-mortems to ensure permanent closure. Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to predict issues and take proactive actions. Build and drive adoption for self-healing and resiliency patterns, while participating in performance tests to identify bottlenecks and capacity demands. Engage with the development team throughout the software lifecycle to ensure reliability and scale, and design automated upgrades for change and release management. This role supports building a meaningful engineering discipline combining software and systems to develop creative solutions for operations problems within a team of curious problem solvers.
