Job Summary
Provide L3 production support and resolve complex issues through detailed analysis, troubleshooting incidents, and implementing code fixes for Java applications and enterprise platforms. Perform Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions while collaborating with development teams to improve application stability, performance, and continuous delivery initiatives. Automate provisioning and access management processes, and develop new functionalities supporting evolving business requirements using Core Java, SQL, Splunk, Git, and AWS. This remote role is based in Guadalajara or Mexico City, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00 to 18:00. Candidates must reside in Mexico and possess 3+ years of L3 production support experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant L3 Production Support experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java
- Experience working on Java technology stack projects
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Splunk for debugging and log analysis
- Experience using Git
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and workflow processes
- Experience performing L3 Production Support
- Ability to successfully complete a CoderPad coding assessment
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 6–9 years of overall software development experience
- Fluent in English (Advanced – C1/C2)
- Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, empathy, and commitment
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
- Advanced English skills are mandatory
- Only candidates currently residing in Mexico will be considered
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus
- AWS Certification is an advantage
- Experience with AWS (preferred)
