Job Summary
Support daily manufacturing activities within a GMP cleanroom environment by preparing, transporting, and verifying materials required for production processes. Perform cleanroom support tasks including cleaning, area preparation, and material handling while conducting routine checks to ensure equipment and production areas are ready for operations. Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and quality procedures accurately to identify, report, and support the resolution of process deviations. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing teams and supporting departments to maintain efficient production schedules. This fully site-based role offers structured manufacturing environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- MBO qualification or equivalent practical education in a technical, logistics, production, or scientific field
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain high-quality standards
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Motivation to learn new skills and develop a career within GMP manufacturing
- This is a fully site-based role
