Job Summary
The Production Support Associate helps prepare and ship prescription orders in a fast-paced pharmacy fulfillment center. Responsibilities include filling prescription vials with tablets and capsules using system instructions, selecting and verifying medications by name, strength, and quantity, replenishing automated medication cells, using handheld scanners to track inventory and orders, performing basic counting and calculations for prescriptions, packing and labeling orders for shipment, and adhering to SOPs, HIPAA guidelines, and pharmacy safety standards. The role requires maintaining a clean, organized work area, identifying issues and escalating concerns as needed, and contributing to patient safety and accuracy in a hands-on fulfillment setting at the Cheektowaga, NY location. Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM; on-site environment with equal emphasis on compliance, quality, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with computers, scanners, or inventory systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
