Job Summary
Production Support Assistant to aid daily manufacturing operations by setting up production jobs, performing production tasks, inspecting products for defects, and preparing finished goods for packaging/shipment. Responsible for quality inspections to identify defects, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and communicating effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; prior production experience is a plus. Monday–Friday, daytime shift in Buffalo, MN.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- able to pass required background, OIG, and MVR checks
- lift up to 50 lbs
- valid driver's license
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- prior experience in a production environment is a plus
