Job Summary
Production Support Technician focused on maintaining efficient production processes. Responsibilities include assisting with production of units, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, maintaining equipment, coordinating with departments to ensure timely delivery, and assisting with delivery/receiving of units via truck freight. Additional duties include assembling and preparing components (e.g., bumpers, fenders, decals, mudflaps), organizing shop areas and parts room, packing/shipping sales orders, loading/unloading trucks, receiving packages (UPS/FedEx), upholding PrimeFlight safety and customer service standards, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires 18+ years, US work eligibility, clean driving record, strong English communication, ability to use devices, background check, and flexibility to work varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Effective communication in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including use of electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices)
- Effective communication with colleagues and clients (in-person and electronic)
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- Willingness to work varying shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
