Job Summary
Production Support 2nd Shift River Falls at Crystal Finishing Systems. Duties include prepping, loading/unloading, sanding, packaging parts, inspecting quality, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and operating small hand tools. Responsibilities also cover supporting paint line operations, maintaining supply levels, and ensuring PPE compliance. Requires manufacturing or production experience (preferred), ability to read/count/basic math, familiarity with hand tools and paint line work, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
