Job Summary
Process product pallets, run boxes through machines, and insert pulp while stacking empty boxes and applying labels. Pull inventory from flow bins using scanners to build customer-facing products from multiple SKUs. Perform final quality checks on outgoing items and execute special handling services like hand-rolling bottles or custom box builds. Maintain a safe, tidy workspace and pitch in wherever needed on the team. This entry-level warehouse role involves picking, packing, and palletizing within climate-controlled facilities. You will work with handheld scanners and follow written instructions for reliable service. Weekend or overtime work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and quantity checks
- Ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or stocking experience
- Experience with pallet jacks, carts, or similar equipment
- Familiarity with barcoding or inventory systems
- Ability to lift, carry and/or move up to 50lbs
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
- Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to work beyond your regular work hours and occasionally on a weekend
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but often not required)
