Job Summary
Lead frontline production teams in a high-speed, multi-line food manufacturing environment and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency metrics. Act as a hands-on leader on the plant floor, coaching employees to build capability and accountability while partnering cross-functionally with operations, quality, and maintenance. Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Qualifications note strong leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing, experience in food & beverage preferred, and willingness to relocate within the Midwest.
