Production Supervisor

Lead safe, efficient plant operations by performing regular quality checks on production processes and equipment, managing daily work schedules to achieve production goals, and monitoring team performance. Develop and execute action plans to enhance plant performance while supervising cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Provide training, cross-training, and evaluations to support employee growth, generate daily operation reports for shift transitions, and escalate maintenance concerns to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the Quality Department to uphold standards and document safety incidents to reinforce a culture of safety. This role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, an associate degree, and proficiency in shop floor systems such as MES and SAP.
