Production Supervisor - Welding

Job Summary
Oversee daily production operations in the Welding area, coordinating with departments to streamline workflows, manage the production team, and ensure safe practices, high product quality, and timely output. Lead and mentor team members, monitor equipment performance and preventive maintenance, review production schedules, allocate resources to meet targets, and maintain documentation. Execute advanced welding tasks, interpret blueprints and welding symbols, troubleshoot welding issues, and serve as a technical expert for welding projects. Drive continuous improvement through Lean practices, analyze operation metrics, implement process enhancements, and promote a safe and compliant work environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations preferred
