Production Supervisor-Weld Day shift

Job Summary
Lead production team in welding operations on day shift; drive continuous improvement in the value stream; develop and enforce standard work with operators; train operators to follow work instructions and procedures; plan, assign, and direct work; manage performance, including coaching and upholding safety and 5S; coordinate with quality, engineering, and maintenance to resolve issues; take corrective action on deviations; analyze key issues and implement action plans; communicate with internal customers and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries; oversee scheduling, production, and inspection; complete daily metric tracking, scrap and training records, and production reporting; maintain accurate component inventory and documentation; study production schedules and estimate labor requirements; conduct annual performance reviews for operators; comply with ISO9001 and Twin City Fan policies; uphold core values and safety; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2-5 years leading or supervising
- Familiarity with ISO9001 requirements
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
