Job Summary
Production Supervisor oversees a team of hourly personnel, directs production flow, adjusts shift priorities, and ensures furnaces/production/shipping meet goals and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning/manpower utilization, maintaining quality to specifications, generating production/maintenance/safety/utilization reports, troubleshooting equipment, driving productivity, recommending process-improvement methods, and assisting in training new employees. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of technical operations experience, strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, and ability to work in a team environment; industry knowledge in manufacturing systems and processes is expected.
Required Qualifications
