Job Summary
Guide direct reports to execute production schedules through cross-functional coordination and solve moderately complex problems while ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, Supply, Financials, and People dimensions. Manage performance via goal setting, coaching, and talent retention, while participating in Quality/Safety investigations and implementing corrective actions. Ensure team compliance with SOPs, cGMP, regulatory requirements, and data integrity principles, including conducting equipment operation training and hiring new operators. Lead assigned tasks or act as Production section head during absences, fostering a continuous improvement culture within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Good knowledge and experience in both semisolid manufacturing operations and packaging operation for automated lines
- Solid dosage forms and manual operations
- Good Knowledge of ERP Systems SAP
- Experienced in handling Serialization system operations and technical issues
- Excellent computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Team player, with strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Demonstrates strong technical/functional knowledge needed to coach direct reports on day-to-day activities
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent English language
