Production Supervisor

Manage induction, training scheduling, and certification processes for all newcomers and temporaries within your APZ. Monitor daily operations including absenteeism, safety rule enforcement, and standard stops while conducting daily OJT on implemented standards. Propose weekly headcounts and organization to the APU Manager, ensuring production respects SQCDM targets and MPS contracts. Lead continuous improvement initiatives through PDCA, FTA, and VPS workshops to drive productivity and reduce MUDA. Prepare and manage APZ budgets for headcounts and investments while participating in weekly Site VPS committees to present genba status.
