Production Supervisor- Unit Production Crew 1

Oversee and coordinate daily production floor operations to ensure efficient manufacturing. Analyze production documents to plan work schedules and collaborate with other supervisors to align departmental activities. Maintain accurate records of employee time, production output, and costs while preparing shift performance reports. Implement measures to motivate staff and enhance equipment performance, requesting materials or repairs as needed. Ensure compliance with all company policies and foster cooperative relationships with colleagues. Requires HS graduate/GED, 3–5 years industry experience, and certifications such as First Aid/CPR or RCRA. Work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noises, and heavy forklift traffic, with a requirement to lift up to 50 lbs.
