Job Summary
Lead daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets; supervise, coach, and develop production employees to improve performance and engagement; assign work and manage staffing to meet production schedules and operational needs; ensure compliance with safety programs, policies, and SOPs; monitor product quality and escalate non-compliance issues to management promptly; maintain accurate employee records including attendance, overtime, and safety documentation; conduct basic accident investigations and support corrective action implementation; enforce company policies and maintain a positive, accountable work environment; support continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and cost performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar operational environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel)
