Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise production operations in the Prepared Foods division. Responsibilities include hiring, training, retaining, and counseling team members; guiding daily shifts and rotating line stations; ensuring on-time production orders, accurate shipments, and proper product coding; maintaining safety standards and USDA inspection readiness; coordinating with other supervisors to solve problems; promoting quality through ongoing education and adherence to company policies; and performing related duties as needed. Requires a high school diploma, 1+ year manufacturing experience (supervisory preferred), basic computer skills, strong leadership and communication abilities, and willingness to travel. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and support a culture of safety and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or college courses preferred
- 1+ years in a manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel (Some travel is required)
