Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor the plant's production processes to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and health policies; manage material inventories, inspect equipment and work areas, and maintain HACCP/SQF records under USDA guidance; assign activities to butchers and packers, oversee new item creation and costing (yields), ensure on-time delivery of finished products, monitor production levels and material availability, and supervise training and safety compliance for employees; provide health and safety information to staff and coordinate occupational health responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Technical career or minimum 2 years manufacturing plant experience
- Office computing packages (MS Office)
- HACCP certification preferred
