Job Summary
Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while supervising 20–60 hourly associates. Enforce all safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and Novo standards, proactively addressing hazards to maintain a safety-first culture. Monitor quality standards, optimize labor utilization, and partner with leadership to improve performance. Coach production staff on onboarding, training, and performance management. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and track key production and safety metrics. This first-shift leadership role supports patient care in a rapidly expanding healthcare services organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervision or industrial/manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety protocols
- Proven experience leading hourly teams and supporting employee development
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment
- Drug-Free Workplace
