Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, manages schedules, budgets, personnel, and compliance with company policies; drives productivity, safety, and continuous improvement; provides leadership to hourly teams (approximately 15–60 members); establishes clear production goals and performance expectations; ensures adherence to policies and safety/environmental standards; collaborates with Manufacturing Services to implement process improvements and works with Engineering to implement changes and new product introductions; analyzes workflow and production metrics to identify efficiency, productivity, and quality improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive operational improvements
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
