Production Supervisor

Oversee daily operations within assigned production departments by managing schedules, budgets, personnel, and compliance with company policies. Provide direct supervision to hourly employees, establish clear production goals, and enforce personnel policies while monitoring key performance indicators to ensure operational targets are met. Ensure safety and environmental compliance, collaborate with Manufacturing Services and Engineering teams on process improvements and new product introductions, and analyze workflow metrics to identify efficiency opportunities. Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
