Job Summary
Oversee a team of production staff to meet EHS, quality, and on-time delivery targets while driving line efficiency and labor productivity. Implement and manage the flow line schedule, enforce operator safety protocols, and conduct in-process quality control to improve RTY and FQC. Lead Kaizen initiatives, optimize workforce planning, and coach line leaders to enhance performance and eliminate skill bottlenecks. Manage cross-functional issues regarding output and material flow while pushing 5S, TPM, and visual management implementation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, five years of manufacturing leadership experience, bilingual skills in English and Mandarin, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanic, Refrigeration, Automation Engineering, other applicable field
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Must be team-oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing and able to work all shifts
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
