Job Summary
Production Supervisor (Third Shift) at Pressed Juicery in Dinuba, CA. Oversees daily production operations, ensures GMPs and safety compliance, reviews schedules, assigns work, monitors break adherence, ensures accurate production-related paperwork, trains staff, promotes safe practices, maintains food safety standards, supervises cleaning and sanitation, leads process improvement initiatives, and ensures timely achievement of production targets while managing a 10-hour overnight shift Tuesday–Friday with potential weekend requirements. Requires supervising staff, strong organizational skills, proficiency with production management systems, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; includes overtime and flexible hours. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or production; experience in food manufacturing or beverage production highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in supervising or leading teams
- Math skills and the ability to complete detailed paperwork accurately
- Familiarity with production management systems, machinery, and tools used in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to handle sensitive company information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to upholding food safety, quality control, and safety standards
- Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks safely
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
