Job Summary
Lead bindery and press operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals while managing staff schedules and performance oversight. Monitor workflows to identify inefficiencies, partner with maintenance teams to minimize downtime, and analyze data to improve productivity. Ensure compliance with safety standards and communicate regularly with leadership on operational needs. This second-shift role in Sheridan MN offers consistent hours and a leadership opportunity within a stable manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing schedules, production flow, and team performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to work around equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in printing, production operations, or similar equipment environments
- Background in graphic arts, technical training, or related field
