Production Supervisor

Organize daily workflows by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Monitor work performance and progress of assigned workers while ensuring all production goals are met. Check production output against specifications, maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, and enforce strict safety guidelines. Train new workers on machinery use and safety procedures, conduct daily safety inspections, and report production problems to the Production Coordinator. Document waiver services, record daily production sheets and attendance, and complete incident reports as needed. Assist in implementing behavioral programs and developing individual treatment plans. Fill in for other supervisors when needed.
