Job Summary
Production Supervisor to supervise daily production operations in Rushville, IN. Plan, supervise, and direct production activities; train, orient, and coach employees to meet safety, productivity, and quality objectives; maintain equipment and coordinate maintenance; promote continuous improvement (6S/lean manufacturing); establish customer relationships and collaborate with others to get things done. Requires strong interpersonal, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills; solid computer skills (MS Office); legal US work authorization (sponsorship not provided). Preferred bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) year associate degree plus one (1) year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
