Production Supervisor (Talent Pool)

Plan and organize production capacity; monitor and control production KPIs (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5S, scrap, tracking production schedule, employee attendance and employee satisfaction); respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with other internal departments, ensure non-interruption of customer deliveries; support and lead continuous improvement for the production team; build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment, and maintain morale; support policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations, and track corrective actions with proper documentation and reporting; maintain daily accounts for time and attendance systems; complete layered audits daily and ensure corrective actions are implemented on time; collaborate in the Environmental Management System in accordance with the matrix of environmental roles and responsibilities.
