Production Supervisor

Ensure all production personnel are assigned to specific tasks and follow standard operating procedures. Effectively identify problems in production rooms and troubleshoot issues to resolve them where applicable. Monitor and check work performed by room supervisors to ensure tasks are completed safely and within assigned time limits. Verify that supervisors properly complete necessary forms and assist personnel in filling them out when requested. Requires two years of manufacturing experience, strong teamwork skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
